April 20-Day Itinerary with plenty of Tokyo time

Hi friends,

I was hoping you could help out in adding/removing/suggesting activities and places for our below itinerary. We wanted to book hotels in a maximum of 3 places, hence the long stay in Tokyo. Any suggestion helps!

April 5th – Tokyo
Arrive at airport. Send luggage to hotel. Pick ip SIM card/Portable Wifi. Get coins. Activate JR Pass. Check into hotel.  Purchase Suica card. Stay up as late as possible to avoid jet lag.
 

April 6th – Tokyo
Meguro – Meguro river walk, cherry blossom viewing
Shibuya – Shibuya crossing, Hachiko statue, Meiji Jingu, shibuya sky
Takeshita Street
Ebisu Yokocho
 

April 7th – Tokyo
Ginza (no cars on sat) – Pokemon Center; Uniqlo, Ginza six
Tokyo Skytree
Dinner with a view q
 

April 8th – Tokyo
Roppongi Hills – Mori Tower (view and shopping), Mori Art Museum, teamLab Borderless
Marunouchi – ramen street, character street, kitchen street
 

April 9th – Kyoto
Arrive in Kyoto
Rent bikes
Explore Gion (see geishas at 5 or 6 pm)
Pontocho area for restaurants
 

April 10th – Kyoto
