Yes, I ordered one from http://www.cafelatstore.com/ in Summer of 2021. Ordered on Aug 8, was shipped on Aug 11, and arrived at my home (Yokohama) on Aug 16. There were no import fees/taxes assed against it and arrived in perfect condition.
