I’ve lived in Japan thrice in the past, but for very short periods and was not on any medication at the time. I’ll be moving back permanently, hopefully in the next couple months.
I am taking prescription Zoloft to manage anxiety, and was wondering what the process is for having my medication with my while I’m there? I know I can bring up to a month’s worth, but I’m going to be on this for a while. How do I get my medication approved or prescribed to me there?
PS — if Non-Americans have answers that’s totally fine too! I just figured I’d pitch to Americans since I’m not sure if the process differs by country. Thanks!!
