With only two days until NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17, I did a preview of the ENTIRE card! There are so many huge matches and stars, so what is everyone’s pick for match of the night, and do you have any big predictions for the show?

1. Always love your passion for the company and it’s wrestlers. Some things to note in your breakdown; as random as it is, I think Suzuki is teaming with Fujinami and Tiger Mask because they all have close ties with Inoki: Fujinami being his first protege, the original Tiger Mask Satoru Sayama being one of Inoki’s greatest pupils (Sayama has been hurt couple of years so he coudnt participate so they went with Yamazaki) and Suzuki being the wrestler still active that resembles Inoki’s style the most.

   As for Tanahashi and Naito not being in the title picture and in the six man match: both Tana and Naito’s bodies seem to be breaking down after years of working their hardest, especially their knees. Also, Tanahashi was trained by Mutoh and Naito modeled his early “Stardust Genius” persona on Keiji Mutoh, who was known as the “Genius”. Then you have Sanada, who was a Mutoh pupil and Bushi, who started his career in All Japan when Mutoh ran that company.

   Finally, I think Okada is a guarantee to best Jay in the main event, with Inoki having passed away and Okada having been dressing like Inoki and using his moves in his matches. I’m interested in how Okada and Jay freshen up this match and make it different to their last encounters.
