I don’t know how I feel about this if it’s prepared correctly 100% , I don’t know about eating red meat raw kinda scares me anyone wanna fill me In here ? I was always told eating red meat raw you could get e. Coli and many other things and become very sick
I also tried raw [horse ](https://imgur.com/a/fBAyGc6) meat in Japan as well. I thought it was super good, it was crazy tender, lean, melted in your mouth, egg yolk paired nicely and it had a soy based sauce that made it taste great. I can’t really say there was a specific flavor, like the gamey flavor you get from deer. You wouldn’t have known it was horse meat really. I’d eat it again if at prepared like this dish.

I love horse sashimi! This one looks amazing
I wonder what my fellow Kentuckians would think
My tingling Horsey Sense led me here and wouldn’t you know it, look what’s on the menu!
This stuff is surprisingly tasty, and not just after a few hits of sake 🤤
I got to try this at Kita Kaisen in Okinawa. Super weird but fun
