If there something as good as midori for windows?

I really like the Midori dictionary app for ios because i can draw characters to look them up and it makes sense of my chicken scratch. It translates combinations of kanji, and i can paste in sentences and get translations of the kanji.

I haven’t found anything yet with these features for windows. Sometimes i want to use my desktop computer because it’s easier to alt tab around but haven’t found a dictionary as good for it. Any suggestions?

  1. If you want something that transcribes manually drawn kanji into computer text, Google Translate has a feature for this that’s the best I’m aware of. Jisho.org also has something like that though its recognition is pretty awful in my experience
