1. Why ruin it with nasty crabstick salad? Would look so damn good without it

2. I’ve seen salmon nigiri with a lemon slice on it but that looks too thick. Never seen avocado on tuna but I’m not opposed to the idea

3. This looks interesting. Haven’t really seen dressed up nigiri like that with the exception of the lemon. I’ve seen maybe a tataki or two or some garnish but these look like nigiri in almost a maki style. Looks good.
