So a friend is visiting Tokyo, Osaka or Kyoto and I asked if he could get me Pixel 7 but unfortunately, you can only buy it through a network provider. I tried ordering from Google but by the time they deliver it to his hotel, he’d be gone. Is there a shop he can use in Japan? Unfortunately, no Pixel for Africans and you have to overpay to get it.

Google Store is showing delivery on Jan 6^(th) or Jan 7^(th). He can’t possibly be visiting all three cities and leaving before the 7^(th)?

Sorry, because Pixel 7 is so new, it is usually only sold with provider.
If the guy doesn’t mind getting the secondhand ones, you can go check the nearest bookoff stores in your area. Some bookoff stores sell secondhand phones, so you may be able to get one from there if you’re in luck. That’s something I would do.
