1. i might be too dumb or uncultured , but isn’t this just a shrimp salad ? even with rice underneath, anw, not talking trash at all, just never seen anything like that, again, it might be just me lacking culture. But i assure u, i like what i see, love all the items in it.

2. Looks great but i don’t know if serving a bunch of things you like over sushi rice makes it “sushi”

4. Closer to a poke bowl. No such thing as a sushi bowl unless you have a bowl filled with rolls of sushi
