Question about 見つける

I composed the following：

無私な人を見つける可能性は小さい。

In this case if I changed the particle to “に” as in “人に見つける” how would that change the meaning?

I think the sentence as it is is not very natural, however I’m not confident enough to correct it. I hope a native speaker comments!
