I’m starting to walk for weight loss. I’m doing 2 3 mile walks each day and those take me like 45-50 minutes each. I am wondering what listening material there is that I could use during that time so I can get some language exposure while walking. Material doesn’t matter. The content level might matter, so I’m almost done with MNN2.

Material that long will probably be more high level conversation. Netflix has a few shows you could have playing on your phone while you walk like Midnight Diner and Samurai Gourmet, maybe Love is Blind Japan depending on your interests
Podcasts or livestreams are usually my go to
I kinda like [三本塾](https://youtu.be/D6v6kW0Im40). He usually teaches grammar and stuff but he also has a podcast where just kind of rambles about this and that in relatively simple Japanese.
I like listening to Yuyu nihongo livestreams, they’re about one hour each and Yuyu’s voice is clear and smooth
For lengthy things like that I tend to go to youtube and listen to one of the hololive Vtubers
Dunno why anyone hasn’t recommended this yet but I would recommend the podcast Nihongo con Teppei (intermediate). They’re short episodes but you can listen to multiple episodes per walk I guess. There’s hundreds upon hundreds of episodes so you won’t run out.
I don’t know the level of MNN2; if you find regular NcT too hard then there’s the a beginner version, and if you find it too easy and/or want something aimed at natives (but not too hard) I would recommend 4989 American Life.
I know I built up my listening by going on walks and listening to NcT and 4989, so it might work for you too.
