just had a dedicated 1GB BigGlobe fibre cable installed today. connected my wireless router to their little box using an ethernet cable. this was meant to replace the free wifi my place came with.
however, this bigglobe internet is proving to be a real problem in terms of accessing many sites. for example, i can’t go to [accuweather.com](https://accuweather.com) or [imgur.com](https://imgur.com) while on it (the page times out after loading forever), whereas if i switch back to my free wifi those pages load immediately. i’m sure there are a tonne more websites like that. and yet my bigglobe internet allows me to access youtube or google just fine. i’ve never encountered internet which only allows you to access certain webpages before – any ideas what’s up? my japanese is not great when it comes to talking about network connections and such, so before i have to go and call bigglobe i wondered if reddit could help.
in addition, these are my settings for my TPLink router – should i change any of these? [https://imgur.com/a/r9cM2SC](https://imgur.com/a/r9cM2SC)

You don’t have IPv4 connectivity. Not sure which technology BigGlobbe use, probably you need to set to v6プラス.
