1. Probably better asked in r/Tokyo. That said, are you looking for oysters to cook, buy and eat raw at home, or a restaurant that serves raw oysters?

2. Local or imports? DM for wholesale if in industry or list of reasonable retailers…

3. The shops around Toyosu market might be a place to start.

4. There are shops that serve Oysters in Enoshima. It’s one hour away from Tokyo, but it’s a worth it.

5. Tsukiji indoor market area – can get them opened or unopened.

6. There’s a 500yen all you can eat oyster. It’s a small store and always booked so you def need to reserve in advance. It’s called Oyster & Fish by Hatagaya station. Never tried so I can’t comment on quality but there’s lots of YouTubers trying it out.
