Loppi machine didn’t print the application ticket properly.

Sorry for the naive question.

I bought a ticket in l-tike and printed the application ticket via Loppi. However, the machine didn’t print the whole application ticket, and thus, the cashier could not issue the official ticket.

Is there a way to re-print the application ticket through Loppi?

  1. Why didn’t the cashier take care of that problem, especially since it was a machine error?

    Also, the Loppi machine should have a telephone receiver on the lower left exactly for customer service. Did you try that?
