It’s crazy easy to make at home. Just need a pan. I got a cast iron one on Amazon a while back. I do prefer ebiyaki over tako.

This was one of my favorite Japanese dishes until I found out how intelligent octopus are. Then it felt too weird. I’m not judging anyone who eats it, but I’m just calling this out just in case anyone reading this didn’t know. Don’t take my word for it either. Google it.
How do people not feel full after 2 pieces?? Now it could be the place I went to for it, but I couldn’t make it through more than a few!
