Canned dogfood

I’ve come to notice that there’s not really a lot of meat based /canned dog food available here at stores and if so the cans are super tiny and really expensive.

Am I missing something or is that just a thing here?
My dog has very specific dietary needs (she can’t have carbs or gluten, it makes her sick) so dry food is out of question.

It almost seems like it’s cheaper to just cook some chicken for her every day but maybe I didn’t look right. I used to buy her 800 gram cans back in Europe and it was pretty convenient for me but I’ll do the Labour of necessary.
