Does anyone with SoftBank have a custom voicemail message? I can’t figure it out, because the “greeting” button that should be on the voicemail page in the phone app doesn’t exist on my phone.
Is this a SoftBank issue, or an Apple issue?

This might be a silly question, but are you sure you even have voicemail? It’s not standard in Japan like it is in other countries

This is how you change your own greeting, but as others said, you need to have the service enabled first…
Just like all other carriers , all voicemail stuff is done by dialing 3 or 4-digits numbers and then going through an IVR menu to record/playback/etc.
