I’m planning to do my masters in Japan in a few years and I am curious of what Japanese universities feel about Latin Honors. My siblings studied within US universities where Latin Honors can affect acceptance to prestigious grad schools, but I want to study in Japan such as at UTokyo or Meiji. Do Japanese universities consider just the GPA or give some consideration to Latin Honor as well?
