Can’t speak for everyone as yes some did defer to start with this years arrivals, however there are the groups from South Africa, UK and Florida that got cancelled in December. Those that didn’t defer are now here. As far as I know it’s just the deferrals waiting.

We received some Florida JETs recently. All 2020/21 JETs who did not defer to 2022 made it
Pretty sure the only people waiting are those that potentially tested positive before their flight. UK, SA, and Miami sent their JETs beginning of April.
