Hey all,
I live in a sharehouse (Tokyo), and the package I was supposed to receive a week ago has been delayed over and over, and I think is now just stuck in storage. I forgot, but the house manager was on vacation, so nobody was around to sign for it.
The notice on the tracking site says to contact the sales office, and since the only means to do so is by phone, I worry I may not be able to communicate efficiently.
Does anybody know the procedure for these kinds of things? Feeling a bit nervous as my japanese speaking and general maneuvering ability are a bit lacking.
