Tohoku and Hokkaido International Schools

I’m interested in hearing first hand experiences with either of these schools (at any level, but particularly JHS/HS). Any insights are appreciated, from teaching quality/style and academic standards to sports and extracurricular opportunities (or anything else of interest). With TIS, I am also curious about the extent of the relationship with the Japanese sister school, Tohoku High School. Thanks!
