After a year straight of studying not missing a day I stopped, it’s been 5 months since I stopped. I was about intermediate level, I could Watch Japanese youtube videos and podcasts and would read Japanese books too and could understand almost 80-90% of it. I wanna get back to studying but lack the same motivation I used to have, my old motivation was because I was planning to go move there but due to some changes in my life I decided I won’t be. My anki deck has over 2000 reviews so whenever I try to get back into it I get kinda overwhelmed and just give up esp when I forgot the meaning to old cards I used to know easily. Not really sure on a good way to get back into it so just looking for tips on good ways to start studying again and getting back to my old level? Should I start little by little, reset my anki deck and start with like 50 cards a day?
