What does つかんだら mean ?

I’m translating the song love space by Tatsuro Yamashita, and I’m struggling with this sentence : つかんだら離れないよ.

I understand that it comes from the verb つかむ which most likely means “to hold” here. What I don’t understand is what this んだら form is.
