Udon is surprisingly low GI and it’s my all time fav, I think it’s better than soba and ramen
My favorite too! And I love my tempura Shrimp. JJampong is another favorite of mine with udon …. Very spicy .. !
something about the broth in the oahu location is just soooo flavorful …
