In the states if you were driving down the road with your kid jumping around in the front of the car and a cop saw, you’d have a bad time with begging a ticket or even child protection services coming to your house for abuse.
Maybe they don’t vaccinate children too.
You know, one only vaccinates and puts seatbelts on those one wants to keep.
