So, in a few months I am going to move to Japan for at least one year. My idea was to install some of the biggest dating apps currently available in Japan to find someone who I can meet up with there, since I’m going all by myself. I understand VERY basic Japanese, so it’d be not a really big problem to communicate with the people on the apps. The problem that I’ve stumbled upon, is that I have to verification myself with my ID/Passport/drivers license. Since I don’t have a Japanese ID/passport/ drivers license, only German ones, I dont know how to bypass the verefication so I’m asking you for advice. I used apps like Pairs, marrish. Are there alternative apps or options to do so ( apps, sites, forums,…)?

You will have a JP zairyu card so you can use that.
