Got my degree in Germany, want to move to Japan

Hey everyone! Coming from Turkey, I finished my degree in Germany and looking forward to work here for some time to gain experience.

I got a job in refractory sector (steel industry), though I studied International Business and Economics. I will start in the purchasing department of the company. Then, lead my way through sales.

I have been travelling all my life and after getting some job experience here in Germany, I want to move to Japan and work there.
I can speak 3 languages fluently: English, Turkish, and German. As soon as posssible I will start to learn Japanese 🙂

My questions are:
How do you think I should proceed to find a Sales job in Japan?
Are there some international companies where I can (at least in the beginning) work with the language pack I have?

Become fluent in Japanese (ideally N1, at least N2), while getting a few years’ sales experience in Germany with internationally known companies, then apply to jobs in Japan. There’s not much need for salespeople in Japan who can’t speak to customers or to corporate.
