It depends on the tone, but most of the time in my experience いいです means “no” or “I’m okay” (so no).
大丈夫です as an answer also means 99% of the time “no” (in this context).

it’s completely context specific, so you have to pay attention to tone and situation and body language, but いい and 大丈夫 are often used as “i’m fine” in the “naw, i’m fine thanks” way that we also say in english even if we don’t voice the “naw”
