Yes. The て form allows you to link adjectives to describe something or someone as X *and* Y *and* Z, and so on and so forth. It’s not restricted to adjectives of the same group. Both have て forms.
Did you mean to type かわいくて?
Anyway I’m not sure I completely understand your post but it’s:
– かわいい+きれい=かわいくてきれい(です/だ)
– きれい+かわいい=きれいでかわいい(です)
You can have any combination of い-adjectives, な-adjectives, nouns and verbs. The rule is that the first one changes to て-form (the て-form of a な-adjective is its stem + で, that of い-adjectives is stem + くて).
Yours should be 私は かわい__くて__ きれい です
And you can connect na-adjectives with subsequent words using で: 私は きれい**で** かわいい です
きれいな becomes きれいで when you’re connecting it. It’s something like the -て form of a na-adjective. Example:
Xは きれい**で** すきです = “X is pretty and so [I] like it”
かわい*くて*きれいです is perfectly correct, but a Japanese person would be more humble. These words would most likely be about someone else.
