Infant CPR Classes and emergency numbers

Hi,

Does anybody know of a place offering Baby CPR classes within the Tokyo, Hachioji area?

I’ve attended a few CPR classes, most recently as one of my driving lesson classes but they do not offer special classes for infants.

Also, is the go to number for any emergency to call an ambulance 119?
