4. My regular place has a smoked salmon Fuji apple roll that’s amazing.

5. Looks good. When I was younger I was a bit off put by sushi. One of my first experiences was a raw salmon roll with strawberry and kiwi on top, not sure of the other ingredients. I liked it, and it opened me up to wanting to try a lot of other flavors if I could enjoy this ‘strange’ combination.
