Hey all! I can’t for the life of me find any job posts for creative or production companies (ads, marketing, commercials, docs, short film etc. I’m scrolling Linkedin but nothing. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?
I’m a photography/videographer, went to school for design, have tones of experience in Adobe and design. directing talent, art shows etc
(in the Tokyo/Kanagawa area)

A quick look on indeed.jp shows plenty of creative/production type jobs. Where have you been looking?
Also have you tried networking at your local university with programs similar to what you want to do?

Currently working in a creative marketing role in Tokyo.
I found it on LinkedIn. Using keywords “editing” “marketing” “advertising” just now, I also found a good amount of postings. They will only increase in number as we approach hiring season.
A friend recently joined Adobe’s Tokyo office in some kind of art directing role. I also saw that Aesop was hiring marketing associates with experience in branding.
