  1. Cut sashimi in a vacuum sealed bag doesn’t seem right. Salmon juices will be fishy and tuna juice will be metallic. When I vacuum seal fish, I wrap tuna paper to not allow all the juices flowing in the bag

  2. Never seen it vacuum packed but we do have a lot of ahi sashimi and poke in Costco Hawaii.
