Tenso issue

for any Tenso Users , So I order something from Japan ( Booth ) , and a few days later , I received an email , they said to have trouble finding the owner of the package and put a hold on the registration on My Page ( I can’t find it though) . It also said If I know the name of the package , I need to send it to confirm it . So do I send them an e-mail or something to confirm it ? (Sorry for the repost, I feel like I need to explain this better)
