Regarding sole proprietor activities

I’m about to register as a freelancer / sole proprietor. I’m on a spouse visa. [This site](https://japantaxcalculator.com/freelance-start-activity/#submit) claims the following:

*Regarding your activity as a freelancer, you cannot do everything you want. The first restriction is that you are limited to one activity only, so it is very important to choose the contents and the name of your activity. For example, if you want to run a restaurant, you can have only one restaurant.* ***If you declare you are a language teacher, you cannot work as a sales consultant for example.*** *The second restriction is that you are limited to the activity included in your visa.*

I do several wildly different things successfully as a freelancer (coding, translation AND create art) for my income. How am I supposed to go about this in the correct way? Since I’m on a spouse visa I was under the impression that I don’t really have any restrictions put on me for the work I’m able to do as long as I pay my taxes properly, but this gives me the impression that I have to select a specific field and stick to that completely. Could anyone shed some light on how this works?

  1. If you toggle to the “Freelance Visa” tab you’ll find you answer:

    >Very popular for foreign residents, the only condition of getting this visa is being married to a Japanese national. Then, no matter what your activity is, as long as you have enough revenues with your partner to lead your life, you can be an employee, a company owner or a freelancer, it is quite free. If you are married to a Japanese national and want to come to Japan and start your freelance business, this might be the best visa for you.

The verbiage you bolded/quoted does not pertain to someone on a sponsal visa.
