Exchange semester

Hello guys!

I am currently searching for universities in Japan for an exchange semester, because I really want to see the country for a longer time and connect with other students.
Unfortunately my faculty doesn’t have any cooperations so I need to go as a freemover. The problem is that I cannot find any university where this is possible. By now I had a look at all universities in Kyoto, Tokyo and Osaka but they all require a partnership with the home university.

Does anyone have experience or knowledge which universities accept freemovers? I am currently in my masters study but it would not be a problem for me to attend bachelor courses as I dont feel the need to transfer the credit points.
