I would like to do some regular maintenance and also some upgrades to my car which happens to be a bmw mini. Currently having a hard time finding a shop/mechanic who is willing to do even the maintenance, I know the easiest option would be to go to a official Mini store, I tried it once but their prices are outrageous…
I do speak Japanese an acceptable level… maybe? But I’d feel more comfortable to speak about it in English. Thanks!

Not in Kobe so I can’t recommend a specific place but you should look for independent mechanics that specialize in BMW and other German cars.
