Who to see for neck pain?

tl;dr I’m pretty sure I fucked up my neck trying to crack it. It hurts like hell and I can barely move my head. Took some painkillers and am using a hot water bottle and that’s helped, but I’m still in a pretty bad way. Basically what kind of doctor do I want to look for? There’s a 整骨 office by the station but I have no idea if they do anything for neck pain (or if they’re a real doctor, it seems like maybe it’s something like a chiropractor that’s more of a “doctor”? no idea.).
