I opened a JP Post Bank Direct Plus account about a week ago. The transfer button (振込•振替 I think) and the one below it that has to do with Pay-Easy are greyed out. I have completed the biometric identification. My language skills are extremely limited so calling or visiting the bank isn’t really an option.
I’ve scoured the internet and I can’t for the life of my figure out why this is. Do I simply have to wait? Or am I missing something?

Did you just get here? New arrivals cannot do transfers until after 6 months of residency. You can receive money into account and withdraw with cash/atm card.
