  1. An article. https://www.yomiuri.co.jp/national/20220530-OYT1T50144/

It seems the other groups are continuing as planned. The title makes it seem as if the entire tour program might have been out on hold because of the one group.

It’s still ridiculous. I love that the route of infection is unknown. Maybe walking around Japan where thousands of residents are sick?

Can someone tell me why we’re still caring about and testing for this thing?

  2. 「実証ツアー」 means literary “verifying tour”.

So this tour was a great success by proving its risk.

  3. Triple vaxxed, negative on arrival, gets covid while in Japan.

Japanese: it’s the dirty gaijin bringing the virus

  4. So they got it in Japan, since they had to be clear before coming into the country?

  5. I’ve got news for Japan. When you actually test asymptomatic people, you will get positive tests. Japan wouldn’t know this because they’ve mostly done symptomatic testing

  6. I respect everyone but, why would someone travel on a guided tour? I prefer to go anywhere else.
