Should I be learning all the kanji in Genki 1?

I’ve looked at multiple different posts from the past years where people both agree and disagree to learn all the introduced vocabulary in Kanji as you progress. I know the 15 or so Kanji for each chapter are generally worth learning, but should I delay my progress to learn the other Kanji introduced in the dialogues and other practices, or continue learning grammar and only the essential Kanji?

I’m assuming Genki doesn’t expect people to learn every single word (at least the Kanji,) but I’m just wondering if it’d be a mistake just continuing on with learning grammar

Edit: Just as a reference, I am just about to move onto Chapter 7 and I’ve been pretty good with the Kanji thus far, but the practices in Chapter 6 and a bit in Chapter 5 introduced Kanji that seemed a little complicated. They weren’t in the chapter’s main Kanji which is why I’m unsure if I should be learning them
