Last year I made 9M JPY equal 67k USD and they reduced child allowance from 15.000 JPY/ month to 5.000 JPY.
We’re endlessly reminded about the population crisis, and yet no one is willing to do anything real about it.
This isn’t going to help. They need to look at the root causes. Namely, the awful work culture in this country and how companies stringently adhere to outdated things, like hankos on physical documents.
