As my wife decided that she wants the speakers in the bedroom which has no grounded outlets anywhere near, is there a way to ground the non grounded outlets for the speakers? I am quite nervous as the speakers case is metal and I do not want any health or fire hazards in the bedroom.
Does anyone have a solution that doesn’t lead to me sleeping on the couch for a month?
I saw this link in another thread but not sure whether this would solve the potential issues?

You should already have such a protective breaker in your panel protecting all the circuits, though I will still get small shocks from chassis that have a neutral connection, not large enough to trigger the protection breaker.
15mA is more than the let go current for most people though.
Best thing is to thread a wire from an existing ground if it needs a ground.
If the speakers’ metal case is not connected to anything internally there shouldn’t be any shock issue using it ungrounded.
With Class II appliances (double insulated) no ground is needed for safety.
