For instance, I recently spent a good amount of time googling the differences between:
仇\[かたき\] (enemy usu. in terms of revenge?) and 仇\[あだ\] (harm)
弦\[げん\] (instrument string) and 弦\[つる\] (bowstring)
縁\[えん\] (bond) seems to have a lot of minor assorted readings
Feel free to correct me! Is there a good site (either Japanese or English) that you guys recommend that explains these differences and ideally how frequently we’d encounter their different readings?

It shows the commonality of readings + when you click on the readings it will show you all common words using that reading.
are you looking into this out of pure curiosity or out of a desire to read? because this is often beginner trap #1 that everyone falls into, trying to figure out how to “pronounce kanji” instead of learning to read words
if it’s out of curiosity, then you have to define your terms better, because you’re not distinguishing between commonality of a particular reading as a fraction of all the words a character is in, vs a particular reading as a fraction of the commonality of the word itself. if letter X with pronunciation Y is in a hundred words that are almost never used, but it has pronunciation Z in a single common word, which is “more common”, Y or Z?
