1. Looks like tempura, but it’s difficult to tell.

3. I think it might be spicy tuna on top of tempura flakes. I could be wrong.

   There’s a place nearby that does that combo. It’s delicious!

6. It’s also not one long piece, it was almost mushy and soft and it’s as though it’s cut very fine…I found the restaurant I may call and ask them haha. I can even see the item in their menu, it’s hard to differentiate what is what though. I’ll let you all know once I find out!

8. Just got a confirmation from the other sushi guy I work next to and he said it’s finely chopped Salmon!
