Business plan writing (Japan or anywhere)

Hello everyone,

I’m planning on opening a business in Tokyo (bar) and I’m in the process of starting my business plan in order to get loan / business visa.

If any of you have experience in business plan writing in Japan or anywhere else, could you summarize when you wrote in it ? I’d love to know what I should put into it to put my best chances on my side.

For those who have done it specifically in Japan, what are the most important points that japanese investors / banks and immigration focus on ?
