  1. It was paid in lump sum to Korean gov to be distributed to the victims but it was spent by Korean government’s economic priorities. (Which did work out very well.)Japanese gov wanted to pay each victims individually so it goes thru but Korean gov didn’t want that. Now here we are dragging this issue for 80 yrs…

  2. Did Korea apologise for massacring and raping the Japanese when they invaded Japan with the Mongols?
