I graduated with a Masters in Engineering from the UK and somehow now work as an English Teacher at an international school in an Asian Country. My native language is not English but I did score an 8.5 in IELTS. What are the chances of me getting directly hired by accredited international schools as I honestly don’t want to go through programs like JET?

International school? As a non-native English speaker and an unqualified teacher? With no degree in either English, Linguistics or Teaching? From an Asian country?
With that combination, I’m confident in saying you have no chance at all. You likely aren’t even able to go on JET even if you wanted to.
