Hello. I’m currently having a case with my ex-husband, who didn’t pay the last amount of the agreed money to divorce in the contract finalized by the judge. However, it seems that my lawyer somehow doesn’t stay by my side; some of questions he had with me are kind of benefits to my ex-husband side which I won’t go deep in details for now.
As mentioned in the current problem at the beginning, I opened the case to cease his financial stuff according to my lawyer’s advice. However, it took more than 3 weeks that my lawyer said that the judge would approve us to start that process, and I don’t have any clue what will happen next.
I would appreciate it if anyone could help me with this as this is not the first time that I have doubted about my lawyer.
