Go is very good. Not English though, so you’ll need to use google translate on your other phone to decipher what’s onscreen.
I’m not sure that it’s possible to cover all cities, as not all taxi companies will be integrated into such services. However, standing on the street and waiting for one to appear usually works if you’re not in a hurry.
